Q. I really like a particular necklace design, but I don't like pearls. Can I have it made with crystals instead?

A. Yes. You can substitute any component if you don't like it, or prefer something else.

Q. I would like to order multiple items. Will it cost more for postage?

A. No. The postage is the same however many items you order.

Q. Can I have a necklace made of crystals all in one colour?

A. Yes, as long as the different shaped crystals you want in your design are available in your chosen colour.

Q. Can you make a piece from my design ideas?

A. Yes. If you have some design ideas sketched you can email them to me and I will look at how it could be made using the components I have. I will then email you a quote.
