All payments must be in Australian Dollars.

Once you have made payment, please notify us via email. Please use your last name or order number as payment reference so that we can identify you.


Cheque:
Please make payable to Alex Francis. Jewellery will be manufactured and dispatched when funds are cleared.

Shipping is within Australia only. Postage is via Registered Post to avoid any loss in transit, and is charged at a flat rate of $7.50, which includes packaging costs.

All jewellery will be shipped to the address listed on your account. Please make sure these details are kept up-to-date.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for manufacture and delivery.

Items may only be returned, within 14 days, in the unlikely event that they are found to be faulty, or not as described/shown.

A full refund including postage will be given, or a replacement will be sent out at your request. Postage details will be shown on order.
